5. Team Name
Our team name is Wagner Solutions and it was originally created by Ben.

6. Comps
We used ideas from Vic’s comp ideas in our final site for our client. We used his banner idea and navigation idea when we designed the original concept for our client’s site.

7. Five Percent Affect
From our clients website we changed a few noticeable things.
We gave the client site a slideshow based banner.
We changed the original layout of the client site.
The third most noticeable thing we changed about our client’s site was the navigation bar. We gave it a nice affect that allows visitors to know what page they are on.

8. Team Highs
After discussing this as a team we all came up with what we believe are the team highs and lows for everyone. They are:
Vic’s high was figuring out some of the HTML situations of the client site that was needed.
Sinoun’s high on the team was redesigning the logo and aesthetic parts for our clients site.
Ben’s high has to be designing the team logo.
Juan’s high creating the exoskeleton of the client site and the foundation for the site.

9. Team Lows
Vic’s low on the team was the week he was absent due to family reason so communication was down between the team.
Sinoun’s low on the team was the original banners focused more on the images than the text.
Ben’s low on the team has to be how unrecheable he is and how he misses class meetings often.
Juan’s low on the team was not being able to be at the client meet and greet.

10. Most Important Factor Learned
When we discussed this concept as a team the most important aspect we learned from project analysis was how important communication is. We agreed how important communication is when we had multiple people miss certain weeks we would be a little disorganized. When Juan missed the client meet and greet he had to rely on texting to find out what our client wanted. Communication is the foundation for good team production.

11. Idea about Team Building
The most important idea about team building that we found most important in our entire experience through this class was compromise. Yea we each had our own ideas, but it was through compromise that we were able to make it through. One prime example of this has to be when Sinoun first joined our team. We originally had an idea on where we wanted to go with our client’s site, but we wanted to include Sinoun in our planning so we let her give us ideas as well. It was her ideas that lead us to the final idea for the site.

12. Insites
Sinoun- “The group came together to try to work things out even though we were a bit unorganized at the beginning.” Vic- “Being the boss has its highs and lows but the ultimate decision is theirs and it may not be popular but its for the best of the team.” Juan – “Working as a team has its struggles, but the feeling of accomplishment at the end of it all is worth the highs and many lows.”

13. Sinoun
Working as a group for a real client was the best experience for me. It gives me an idea of how the real world works out there.

14. Vic
Although we all have many different ideas and concepts we all agreed in the end on what to do and on something that fit all of us and represents what we were willing to put forth for the best of our client.

15. Juan
The best experience has to be being put in charge of a group. Normally I am not a person that likes to speak up or say anything. I am more of a person that sits back and sees what everyone is thinking and act on that. But being put as team leader helped me see many different things from a different point of view.
