Our vision Donetsk Oblast Employment Service will introduce in the next 3-5 years efficient institutional changes and initiate reforms at the regional and national levels to provide the regional economy with competitive professional personnel. Employment Service will then be supplemented with new talented highly skilled employees, capable of analyzing and forecasting the needs of enterprises in professional labor. Developed and introduced innovative projects for staff training and retraining with the use of the employment service’s own resources will ensure fast response to labor market demand changes. New departments set up within the employment service as a result of cooperation with European institutions will improve the efficiency of delivered services and ensure high-quality cooperation with all stakeholders. Donetsk Oblast Employment Service will be a regional innovation center, a center for establishing partnerships and dissemination of best practices among all governance structures within the Region. The professional image and enhanced impact of the Oblast Employment Service will allow to initiate reforms at the national level. To achieve this vision, Donetsk Oblast Employment Service will focus its efforts on the institutional development of its own structure, establishment of long-term partnerships with employment services of the EU and other countries, will develop and introduce a range of innovative projects in the field of analysis and forecast of the regional labor market needs, vocational training and retraining of personnel, creation of the enabling environment for development of SME and self-employment, will expand the scope of its services for regional population and enterprises.
