If you find that your project is over budget, you will need to think of several things – Remove some items from the application/Item 21 and in the narrative box, explain that you will be paying for those items out of pocket. – It is very important to explain that scenario because you probably need that eligible equipment to install a successful environment. – DO NOT enter the over-budget items/money in the “ineligible” box of the Item 21 as that will cause issues down the road in PIA, Invoicing or Auditing 43
