1 Nurture My Child Tutorial Steps to Creating & Using a Business Account This tutorial has been created for businesses. It gives you a step-by-step procedure to follow to: 1.Log-In or Create an Account 2.Update FREE Business Profile 3.Update FREE Business Listing 4.Edit Business Listing 5.Upload Gold & Platinum Membership Items 6.Update membership Level 7.Review Payment History 8.View Site & Ad Activity 9.What to do if forgot password We always want to make sure your experience is a good one. 2 Step 1: Create An Account Click Log In/Sign Up at top right of home page Enter your log-in information if you have an existing account Click ‘Create an Account’

3 Step 1: Create An Account Select ‘Business Account’ Enter information requested under the Business Account. PLEASE USE THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT WAS ON THE EMAIL NURTURE MY CHILD SENT YOU, IF YOU RECEIVED ONE Hit Submit. You will then see the below

4 Step 2: Update FREE Business Profile Click on ‘THE BIZ’ in blue bar The initial business information we have entered FREE for you will be shown. You will need to view and edit the information to ensure information is accurate. If there is no business listed for your organization, enter new information At bottom of page, hit ‘SUBMIT’ to save information

5 Step 3: Update FREE Business Listing Click on Your Business name and the sub-items for your Business will show Click on ‘Listings’ Click ‘view’ to see how your listing will be displayed Click ‘edit’ to change information in listing ‘Copy’ is if you would like to duplicate the camp information. This can be very helpful (and save a lot of time) when most of the information is the same as another and you just need to change a few items. Click ‘Delete’ to remove listing altogether from system

6 Step 4: Edit Business Listing After you hit ‘EDIT’ on your business listing, you can modify and complete the information. All astricked items are required to be completed. Categories: You choose a subject and then you will choose a sub-category. You can select as many subjects/categories as you would like. The more you select, the more search filters you will show up under. To delete a category from those you have selected, just click on the red ‘x’ next to the item in the ‘Assigned Categories’ box

7 Continued….. Step 4: Edit Business Listing For many of the items, like ‘Age’, you can select multiple ages by selecting all that apply

8 Continued….. Step 4: Edit Business Listing For sessions, please select the camp dates, times and days. ‘Status’ refers to if the camp session has availability or not. As sessions become full, you can change the status to reflect that. If you would like to add another week or weeks to the same camp listing, select ‘Add another Session’ and it will allow you to add another week to the listing

9 Continued….. Step 4: Edit Business Listing Enter information in the extended profile section. Enter the keywords you would like used when families search for your camp. Type in a word and then hit the grey ‘Assign Keyword’ button. You can enter as many keywords as you like. Hit Submit. An email will be sent to you stating you have entered a new listing.

10 Step 5: Upload Gold & Platinum Level Items Select ‘Logo/Photo Gallery’(Gold & Platinum). Click ‘choose file’ to upload a jpeg image For ‘Image Type’ select ‘logo’ if you want the image as your logo and ‘photo’ of you want the image in your group of photos to be shown When you select ‘photo’ it will ask for you to give a description or title for the image. You will then assign it to a specific listing or have it show on all of your listings

Step 5: Upload Gold & Platinum Level Items To add testimonials, select ‘testimonial’ from box on left Type in information, state who the testimonial is from in the Author box and then click ‘Add Testimonials’ To modify existing testimonials, select the blue ‘Update Testimonials’ button

12 Step 6: Update Membership Level Select membership in listings box Your current membership level is highlighted in yellow. Click on orange circle for level you would like to upgrade to. Payment information will be shown. Please enter your information, review and agree to the contract and hit submit

Payment information will be shown. Please enter your information, review and agree to the contract and hit submit

14 Step 7: Review Payment History Select ‘Payments’ in listings box You can view the payment history that was made through the Nurture My Child website

15 Step 8: View Site Activity & Ad Activity Select ‘View Site Activity’ or ‘View Ad Activity’ in listings box under ‘Administration’ section You can select the organization & specific camp, as well as dates you would like to view The data is displayed in graphical and table form for you

16 Step 8: Forgot Password Click Log In/Sign Up at top right of home page Click ‘Reset Password’ Type in your email address and instructions will be sent on how to rest your password
