A student’s guide to success:  Good Attendance  Be organized and prepared  Do and CORRECT the homework and ASK QUESTIONS about the problems you missed  Study the review sheets to prepare for tests and quizzes  Do every extra-credit assignment  Come to tutorial when you need help  Take notes  Participate in class and communicate to me when you get lost or confused. Where to get help :  Tutorial: This is a period following 3 rd period Tuesday – Friday where students go to any of their teachers to get extra help or practice.  There is a list of private tutors on the district website  Study with a friend that is doing well in the course  Online learning sites (you-tube has an abundance of videos on virtually any topic).  See me to schedule a time for extra help if none of the options listed can be utilized before a test or quiz  Peer tutoring (all subjects) is generally offered in the career center.
