MAJOR CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR  CONTRACTING OFFICERS FROM THE FOREST SERVICE AND FROM THE OREGON DEPT. OF FORESTRY HAVE TRIED TO BUILD CONSISTENCY BETWEEN THE ENGINE AND TENDER AGREEMENT AND THE CREW CONTRACT.

OREGON DEPT. OF FORESTRY DIFFERENCES  STILL HAVE AN HOURLY RATE  CREW BOSS GETS PAID TO GO TO BRIEFING  NO BEST VALUE ANALYSIS, JUST CLOSEST/CHEAPEST  THEY SOLICITE WITH AN IFB, FOREST SERVICE USES AN RFQ

REGION 6 BUSS AGREEMENTS  REGION WRITES AGREEMENT IF CONTRACTOR HAS 10 OR MORE BUSSES

REGION 6 FALLER AGREEMENT  CURRENT REQUIREMENT ON THE STREET FOR A REGIONAL FALLER CONTRACT  BASICALLY A TEST CASE  WILL HAVE MORE TO REPORT NEXT YEAR

NATIONAL TEMPLATES  UNDER DEVELOPMENT  HAVE CONSISTENCY BETWEEN REGIONS  COMMONLY USED EQUIPMENT; I.E., ENGINES, TENDERS, BUSSES PORTABLE POTTIES.
