A Series of If-Then Relationships Project invests resources Interventions are provided and targeted toward student gap areas Students will increase knowledge and improve their skills in targeted content areas Students will achieve a passing score in a subscale on the HSE Students will pass the entire HSE, and subsequently gain employment, enter postsecondary education, or enter the military IF then Project provides tutoring 3 hrs. per week for 1 semester to 50 HEP students IF then Tutoring Intervention Example 13

What are potential barriers/facilitators? What is most appropriate to do? Process Evaluation: Are activities delivered as intended? Fidelity of implementation? Are participants engaged? Outcome Evaluation: To what extent are desired changes occurring? Who is benefiting/not benefiting? How? What seems to work? Not work? What are unintended outcomes? Impact Evaluation: To what extent can changes be attributed to the program? Are students continuing into the 2 nd year, and finishing college (CAMP)? Are students receiving upgraded employment, entering postsecondary education, or entering the military (HEP)?
