Attendance: We have put attendance module separate. Here user mark attendance class and section wise.All he/she need to do is to select absent option with name of student. User will get this detail from class teachers in a pre designed and distributed sheets. Please have a look on next 2 slides to understand it better. Types of SMS: All other sms are put under this option classified into 4 types vehicle related, Birth days, Teachers, and class/section. In vehicle module user will enter the vehicle number which is unavailable, list of students who travel with it will appear on screen with sms template one click will inform parents about it. Birth days : Software will list all the names whom birthday is today according to system date, one click will send wishes to them from school family. Please have a look on next slide to understand it better. SMS can be sent to all/particular teachers from here no template, only condition is it must start with Dear Teacher and ends with Regards, School name Class section sms contains list of events with their respective templates, user need to choose class, section, names or all and event ( all from drop down ) respective sms will appear in edit mode, after required changing, a single click will send respective sms to target parent.
