Primary users have access to add new users, order units and are usually HR Management. Administrative users have access to process reports, invite candidates to take a survey and manage other users. Lastly there are non-admin users can test candidates and process reports, but they do not have the ability to manage (add, edit or delete) other users. Again, if you are not sure what type of user you are, we recommend you ask your system administrator.

5 Home Page of Select Navigate to surveys, candidates, and reports.
After you log in, you will see a home page which provides general information about your reports. There’s a navigation pane on the left to make it easy to go through the different sections of your user site. For example, you can navigate through testing and reports, summaries and data management, or account admin settings. At the top of this page, you can see the details pertaining to your account including your account name and remaining units. Units are not something you need to consider if you are a licensed client.

6 Accessing the Reports From the Select User Site, click Testing & Reports, then Produce Reports. Select the appropriate survey in the drop down box. To access reports, click on “Produce Reports” under Testing & Reports on the left side menu. Then choose the appropriate survey from the drop down menu If you only have one survey activated your account, you may not see this screen.

7 Accessing the Reports The dashboard displays Reports Ready, Reports Processed, and Surveys in Progress. To process reports, click the name of the candidate listed under Reports Ready. This dashboard also shows scores for key scales in the report. Once you have selected the survey, everyone who has been invited to take the survey will appear on this dashboard. The first row “Reports Ready” shows the those who have already completed the report but the report has not been opened. To open the report, simply click on the candidate name. Once a report has been opened, the results for some of the main scores will be displayed under Report Processed. For licensed accounts, reports will auto-process. Please note that you can click the column heading to sort by a specific column and prioritize which candidates you want to review first. You can also search for candidates using the ‘Search for Report Processed’ feature at the top of your page.

8 Accessing the Reports Surveys in Progress indicates which candidates have started the survey but not finished. Surveys in Progress indicates which candidates have started the survey but have not completed it. These candidates may be in the process of completing the survey.
