10. Creating Groups Enter new group name and submit To create a group go to address book on main menu, then manage groups.

11. Adding to a group Select whether you want to add one number or more than one

12. Adding single number to a group Select Group Capture name and number of the contact

13. Adding bulk numbers to a group Create a text file and capture the name and number separated by a comma name number comma

15. Reports Click on reports to get this menu of reports

16. SMS Log You can filter this report by cell number, date sent or sender Enter the search key eg 27737140916 when filtering by cell number
