 The function of the respiratory system is to get oxygen into the body and get carbon dioxide out.

 The function of the system is/are the lungs. They are the organs of the system.

 The parts of the respiratory system is the nasal passage, oral cavity, pharynx, larynx, trachea, bronchi, lungs, the heart,and last but not least, the ribs.

 The respiratory system interacts with other systems by…  It helps you breathe through the lungs. Which, helps carry oxygen throughout the body.

 The first way to keep the system healthy, is to avoid tobacco and smoke.  The second way is to live somewhere with little, or no smog.  The last way is to take up aerobic exercises.  There are some more ways to keep the system healthy, but these are the basic ones.
