NATIONALISM When does Nationalism really become big? – Fall of Napoleon – leads to a rebirth of national sentiment among nations of Europe – Congress of Vienna – led to political boundaries being formed but those boundaries paid no attention to national groups, and just threw them under the control of larger empires
