INSTRUCTIONS Use the Revision worksheet to complete a guided revision of your rough draft. Read each question and double check every sentence in your draft if necessary.

EDITING AND PROOFREADING Check for style –Review your revised writing to make sure all your sentences read smoothly and clearly –Check to make sure you have used the best words to express your ideas (diction) –Avoid repetition of ideas and similar words Check for accuracy –Correct any errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation
