3 1.HIV Data Triangulation – tool to analyse data a.Overview picture by linking GIS and performance information b. Seamless movement of data between the tables, online and google drive allows that to happen c.Sharing of the analysed work (ability to share a link) 2.Partners and Information Managers talking the same language (in terms of indicator definitions), the use of Google fusion maximize this. MP – workshop experience

4 1.What is the common Goal? a.Giving feedback on performance information (none financial information) b.Data quality improvement mechanism (identifying data challenges) 2.Use of Information a.Data Triangulation provides that platform (this feeds very well to the mechanisms of improving data quality). The higher the usage of data, the more likely the improvement Looking at data

5 1.Structured feedback (Well defined web-paged) 2.Data tables highlighting programme data (Annual Performance Plan) measurements against set targets 3.Data quality index (timelines, validation rate, completion rate) PRIORITIES from the lessons learned

6 Highlights for me: -Use of forms, sharing and automated analysis of response -Creation of the website, sub-websites -Linking website to the analysis -Sharing of the web content with other users -Google drive Some suggested recommendations: 1.A forum for discussion on Data Triangulation: user group, anyone with a question sends to that address (whether be it help or sharing ideas) 2.Sharing of planned or planned trainings back at our Provinces 3.Continuous communication with data triangulation co-group (communication will definitely take M and E to another level. The reason I am putting the above suggestions its looking what has happened in Mp since the training and now and you don’t what the training and knowlegdge gain here to die a slow … IN CONCLUSION
