 Regional Ministry of Industry: Criteria:  : No previous energy audit needed. No specific technology required.  2009: No previous energy audit needed. Renovation by changing to LED required.  2010: No previous energy audit needed. Renovation by changing to LED required or lighting flux regulation systems required.  Staff from the Regional Ministry of Industry meets “Cel fosc” and starts a collaboration period with this association and some independent consultants in lighting systems. All of them work for free, just looking for a better job.  2011: Previous energy audit compulsory. Renovation must follow energy audit recommendations.
