» The Fit Family Relay was created to promote physical fitness and healthy lifestyle habits for all families in the West Virginia area. We will provide a safe learning environment for participants to enjoy as they get fit with their families,

» To encourage families to live healthier lifestyles. » To motivate parents to be involved in their child’s activity level. » To promote physical activity during leisure time.

» All families will complete the relay » All families will learn healthy snacks that may be consumed between meals » All families will learn exercises that they can complete during their leisure time.

» Tools -Flyers -Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) -Mass » Flyers will be posted all around Eastern Panhandle and on Shepherd University’s campus » We will begin promoting our event 2 months in advance, starting April 14, 2014.

» We will have a final budget $ which will include all materials needed for our event Specific Items to be purchased by us: » Water » Relay prize
