Here is a step by step guide that will ensure you have completed every part of creating your very best workshop:
Complete your Marketing Plan and Marketing Calendar (in advance). Pick your event topics for each month.
Prepare your marketing materials for the workshop – flyer/postcard, Facebook banner photo, Facebook group, Eventbrite group
Print flyers/postcard and hang in office or hand out individually.
Have staff communicate with patients about workshop and keep sign-up sheet
Create Facebook event
Create Eventbrite event
Do video invite and post in Facebook event
Send blast invite
Create PPT presentation

3. Event Preparation
Set up a food table with light and healthy snacks for your participants
Create and print out attendee sign-up sheet
Get mentally prepared – be sure you are focused prior to the workshop
Visualize the outcome you want and what you want your audience to get out of this event
Have office representative or patient open the workshop for you giving a testimonial of care and speak to your credentials
Open the workshop and lead workshop in a dynamic way (refer to How to Run a Persuasive Workshop document)
Close with Call to Action – setting up an appointment and have team onsite to facilitate
