Do they go to H/R (contract, permissions, CRC) and Payroll (benefits, TD1, banking #) separately They go online and get documentation of what they are supposed to do and bring? Is this different for different groups (teachers, EA’s, support, maintenance?) Sounds like a lot of printing and ‘management’

Done when F11 Employee is marked as New Hire Form = Y Based on position and new hire = Y. When that employee signs into EmployeeConnect They are presented with a screen of stuff do to and once they have checked everything off, they submit as complete The assigned CIMS ID’s will see this and the entire hire progress New Hire = Y
