4 Signing In Employment Hero is Australia’s best cloud HRIS software, allowing you to easily manage all of your employee details online. Your employer will invite you to the platform via , which will contain a link to log in and create a password. You will only need to set a password once, after which you can easily log in at If you forget your password at any point, just click “Forgot Password?” located under the signin area.

5 Dashboard After logging into the platform, you will see your dashboard. This will display your onboarding status,tasks widgets and payslips. The menu is also displayed on the left side, enabling you to navigate to various modules of the platform; this guide will explain each module.

6 Profile

7 Profile My File centralises all of your personal employee and work information into different tabs. To view relevant information, simply click on a specific tab. If you wish to make changes, click on the ‘Edit’ button and follow the onscreen instructions. ● Overview:​ Key personal and work information, you can even add a profile picture. ● Personal Details ● Employment History ● HR Documents ● Emergency Contacts ● Pay Details ● Banking Details ● Superannuation Details ● Tax Declaration ● Work Eligibility Note: Please make sure that all of the information in ‘My File’ is filled out and accurate, especially payroll related information. Some sections will be read-only, preventing you from making changes. Please partner with HR if you have any concerns with this specific data.

8 Policies To view all relevant company policies navigate to the following on the left hand side menu: Files > Policies Clicking on each individual policy will either show the specific policy document inline in Employment Hero, or trigger a download. Policies that have been marked as mandatory by your employer will appear in red. Please follow the on screen prompts to acknowledge that you have reviewed these mandatory policies.

9 Induction Navigate to Induction on the left hand side menu to access this module. Induction centralises important documentation and video content for employees to view and download. Please note that specific items may be marked as mandatory, requiring one to acknowledge they have viewed said content - these items will be highlighted in red.

10 Leave This module allows you to apply for leave, by submitting requests to their manager Step 1: Select leave category from the drop down menu Step 2: Enter start & end dates Step 3: Add a comment for your manager (optional) Step 4: Attach relevant documentation for your manager (optional) Step 5: Ensure the correct hours are being taken per day of your leave request - simply click in the box under the ‘hours’ heading to make changes. Step 6: Select ‘Submit Leave’ - your manager will be instantly of your leave request

11 Goals Work with your manager to plan goals and keep notes on your progress. You can also use the Goals tab to view your company and team goals.

12 Reviews A Review in Employment Hero is a helpful tool used by your employer to assess your performance over a certain period. For example, you may be asked to be part of a quarterly review period to discuss how you performed in the last 3 months. Reviews are not based purely on performance however, and may include other Categories such as teamwork, innovation, customer service etc. As an employee, you can use the Reviews module to respond to review questions created by your manager

13 Payslips This module allows you to view all of your payslips in one place. Simply click on the specific pay period ending date to see your full payslip, showing gross and net wages, PAYG, deductions, super contributions etc. you can also download payslips as PDF files.

14 Timesheets Enter details about how company submits timesheets here. Etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc

15 Safety To report an incident, navigate to the following: Safety > Report an Incident. Enter date/time details, enter location of the incident, provide details of the incident (how and why the incident occurred) and identify the outcome of the incident- use the dropdown menu to select the nature of the injury, use the drop down menu to specify body parts injured. You can also view and update any safety incidents previously reported, simply navigate to: Safety > My Incidents

16 Tasks The tasks module can be used to create, assign and manage scheduled tasks. To create​ a new task navigate to Tasks > Click ‘Add new task’ - the following box will appear

17 Benefits - Discounts and Purchase Power
Through Employment Hero, your company provides you with a benefits package that allows you to find savings in your everyday expenses. Purchase Power is “opt in only”. Opting in allows Employment Hero to share your basic contact details with a third party in order to align you with great offers. In the Discounts section you will find great discount codes for various goods and services!
