5 How to access campaigns
You will then be brought to the “Campaign Manager”. From this page you can access any campaign in any state, as well as create entirely new campaigns. Note: By default the “Draft” tab is selected, to look at active campaigns simply click the “Active” tab. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

7 How to create a new campaign
To create a new campaign, click “Create a new campaign” then select the type of campaign you wish to create. A one-time campaign is used once then is archived. Recipients cannot be added to a one time campaign. A rolling campaign is ongoing, and new recipients can be added via certain options. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

You will then be brought to the campaign creation wizard. On the first page, you will be asked to create a title, a description, details surrounding rollout of the campaign, and when the campaign will end. Once you have done so, click “Next” to continue. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Next you will be brought to the policies section of the campaign wizard. In this step you select all policies you wish to be a part of the campaign. Once you have chosen your policies click “Next” to continue. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Next you will be brought to the education section. From this page you will choose all the courses you wish to include in the campaign. Once you have selected these, click “Next” to continue. Note: Both courses and policies are not required but at least from either one is, ie: one policy but no courses. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

You will then choose the recipients for your campaign. Selecting “All employees” will select all current employees and all new hires in a rolling campaign. Once you have selected your recipients click “Next” to continue. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Next, you will create the custom message sent out with your campaign reminder. The default message is shown here. Once you have created your campaign message, click “Next” to continue. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Finally, you will review your new campaign before confirming it. Every detail you have provided is available for review on this page. To change anything, click the “Edit…” in each section title. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

Once you have confirmed everything, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Submit”. This will officially create your new campaign according to the way you set it up in the wizard. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

When you create a rolling campaign, there is one additional option before you finalize the campaign. This check box option above the submit button, allows you to restrict the campaign only to new employee’s by leaving it unchecked, or send it to all employee’s by checking the box. ©2015 Convercent. 17 Managing a campaign When you first access a campaign from the campaign manager this is what you will see. “Distribution Details” goes over distributed date and due date for the campaign. “Progress” gives you information on the status of recipients. “Overview” provides a brief look at how recipients are doing in respects to completion. ©2015 Convercent. 18 Managing a Campaign “By Items” shows your completions by items. If one items has more completions than other items, this is the visual that will notify you of that. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

19 Managing a campaign “By Recipient” allows you to drill down into a recipient and see which items they have or have not completed. Also allows you to see which version of a policy that employee attested to (if the version has changed during the campaign). ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

20 Managing a Campaign “By Recipient” also allows you to see any disclosures related to items assigned by the campaign, as was referenced in the Policy education package. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

22 Managing a campaign Farther down the page is the recipients section. This allows you to see all recipients in the campaign. You are able to drill down into each section to see who has been included as a recipient. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

23 Managing a Campaign When the option “All employees” is selected in campaign creation, this text will appear in the recipients section. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

24 Managing a campaign At the bottom of the page is the campaign message. As a campaign administrator you can edit this message during a campaign by clicking “Edit message”. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

25 Managing a Campaign The final portion of the campaign details page is the sidebar. In the sidebar you can change the campaign owner, and the campaign status. You can add any relevant tags to the campaign, as well as see all recent activity regarding the campaign. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.

27 Participant View When a campaign participant logs into the Convercent app, they will see all items assigned via the campaign in the “Actions Required” widget on their dashboard. ©2015 Convercent. All rights reserved.
