FSL at Ulvsättra school Our belief is to let all flowers bloom, creating an environment where it is allowed to grow as a leader. During that we practice talent spotting.

The Head teacher appoints the members of the Operational group. Candidates to become members are identified in educational discussions and other meetings where leadership becomes clear.

Job description for executive leaders at Ulvsättraskolan The member of the Operational group shall have the employees' trust. The executive leader will lead the work in line with the head teacher and the school's vision of school and learning.

Approach: As a member of the Operational group, you should help to create a holistic approach to knowledge and learning. You will contribute to a view of the school where value issues have high status and characterize the activities. You must be a good role model for and actively communicate the school's values. You will work to create an independent operation. Dialogue permits our approach.

Development: You 'll catch up in development activities that can both run in the team but also at school. You must initiate and manage development in the team based on the intentions and goals of the school's operations and curriculum. You must initiate educational discussions.

Coordination and planning: You are responsible for tasks allocated within the team. You as a director need not do everything yourself. You should follow up on decisions and ensure that they are implemented. You will participate in Operation Group meetings.

Representing the team: You should convey information to and from activities. You are a link between the school management and the teams and are responsible for active communication. You are representing your team in the Operational Group.

Evaluation You are responsible that the group evaluates its operations and activities continuously. You must take the initiative of analyzing the evaluations along with Operational Group.
