Get in shape with WOD Deck of Cards Gianni Grasso

 This app give yourself a little variety to you regular boring workouts  Can be performed on your own or with a group of people!  Provides you with Cross fit-like workouts  You can make them as easy or difficult as possible  Logs all of your workouts each time you perform a circuit What is WOD Deck of Cards?

 To improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as muscular endurance  Makes your workouts more fun and creative  Incorporate as much or little as possible Goal

 The app consists of a set of 52 cards along with two jokers  Each suit in the deck is a specific workout of your choosing  The two jokers are considered wild cards, making them a special workout  i.e. 40 yard dash How It Works

 The person or people engaged in the workout go through the deck of cards and perform each workout.  The number of each card indicates how many repetitions to perform for each set  For example, if the card drawn is an eight, each person would have to do eight reps of that workout. Getting in shape

 Jacks, Queens, Kings, and Aces all count as ten repetitions  This workout is not as easy as you think  Depending on your intensity, workouts range from minutes  Be creative and choose workouts that fit your needs of improvement Be Creative!
