Gov Delivery Subscriptions The Office of the State Registrar at MDH has recently implemented this service. The e-mail message will include a direct link to the Local Registrar Information site: http://www.health.state.mn.us/divs/chs/osr/localreg/ With your subscription, you will automatically receive an e-mail message when content has been changed or added to the subscription page. The Minnesota Department of Health recently began implementing a Web-based subscription service that allows users to be notified by e-mail when new pages are added to certain parts of the MDH Web site. The Office of the State Registrar at MDH has recently implemented this service. Previously, you were notified through the MDH e-mail system. You will now be notified through our new Web-based e-mail subscription service.
