Changes in the structure = 8 existing funding schemes are transformed into four new but recognizable patterns (ITN, IF, RISE, COFUND); Budget ( ) = 6.2 billion to achieve the following objectives: Acquiring new skills through excellent initial training of researchers; Encouraging excellence through international and intersectoral mobility Stimulating innovation through intersectoral transfer of knowledge (industry, higher education, non-academic sector); Better use of structural funds through co-financing activities

Granted patent(s). Research monographs, chapters in collective volumes and any translations thereof. Invited presentations to peer-reviewed, internationally established conferences and/or international advanced schools. Research expeditions that the Experienced Researcher has led.
