HOST TRAINING ON WEBEX  Roles: Host, Presenter, Panelist, Attendee  Pass the “ball”  Audio and Video  Annotation tools  Recording  Menu selections

PASSING THE BALL  Identifies the current Presenter  Presenter controls what Attendees see  Only Host can take back the ball

AUDIO AND VIDEO Panelists:  Must dial into the phone bridge (to broadcast their voice) Attendees:  Streaming audio through computer (default)  Option to dial into the phone bridge
