5 How to download and log on Go To: GotoMeeting.com download gotomeeting.com- this is free Once you have downloaded gotomeeting you can click on “host a meeting” or “log in”. If you are doing a webinar for the WBN you will be given a log in and password by a member of the Education Committee.

6 Options for your webinar You can do a webcam so your viewers see you talking. (You need a camera on your computer to choose this option) You can put all of your viewers faces on the screen. You can show your screen and pull up files or videos. You can show a PowerPoint on your screen.

7 How to add a PowerPoint You will prepare a PowerPoint for your webinar. (this takes some time and effort) The plus side is – you are prepared for your session in advance. Be sure to save your PowerPoint so we can share it with our members. A PowerPoint can be used in your business to set you apart from your competition.

8 Allowing others to participate You may choose to share the screen with another person and allow them to be the lead presenter during your presentation. You may open the audio so that others may be heard by everyone on the webinar.
