Why Are We Here? QUITE SIMPLY: –To develop our female athletes into competitive volleyball players so that we will win championships at ALL levels and maintain a volleyball program of excellence –TO WIN ON NOVEMBER 7, 2015

-Goal #1- Improve each athlete’s ability to play competitive volleyball - with emphasis on fundamentals and competitive attitude

Uniforms Varsity and JV -Game = Jersey, black spandex shorts, black knee pads, black socks, shoes -Practice = practice jersey, black spandex shorts, knee pads, socks, shoes -Camp –, water bottle, pen and notebook - no cut off shirts

Champion’s Camp June and July (First Week of August) –High School = $75 per camper/$125 per siblings –Middle School = $50 per camper –Each participant receives focused conditioning, volleyball instruction, and a T-shirt 1 session or 10 sessions = $75 / $50 Submit Sign Up form and check to AJHS Volleyball PRIOR to first day of Camp

Champion’s Camp Middle School – Starts 15 June – 8:00 - 9:30 = Skills/Conditioning Rising 9-12 th Graders – 2-4 / 9-11 June = 12:30-3:30 – 9-11 June = Kiddie Camp in A.M. – Remaining sessions = 9:30 -13:00

Key Calendar Dates 5-7, 13-14, May = Spring Practice 6 May = FREE PHYSICALS 9-11 June = Kiddie Camp in A.M. 26 June – 7July = NO PRACTICE July = NO PRACTICE FRIDAY 31 July = TRYOUTS! 7 Aug = JV/V Sleepover 10 Aug = P.M. practices

Additional Notes Physicals must be submitted/on hand PRIOR to participating in Champion’s Camp Handbook and Calendar on school website under Athletics and Volleyball Fund raising activities are being planned Each team needs : –Team Mom/Dad –Scorekeepers!!! –Concession Stand help
