4.  The RPW Cheer Season starts August 1 st and ends when the Football playoff games end or the Cheering Competitions end and NOT BEFORE! We expect every Cheerleader to attend all games and competitions including Cheering Nationals in Disney in December (if we advance). Nationals are held for the A-D squads, E-Squads do not compete.  Cheering Practice starts at 5:30 on August 1 st for all teams EXCEPT E!  E-Squad practice begins on August 2 nd at 5:30  Practice will be as follows, at Coolidge Middle School Field:  Wednesday, Thursday and Friday August 1, 2 & 3 from 5:30 – 8:00  Beginning the week of August 6th, practice will be held Monday through Thursday from 5:30 to 8:00  The practice location will change in September to the Wood End School Gym. A calendar of practice schedules will be provided in August.  Please bring Bug Spray and Water to Practice while outdoors!

5.  Attendance Missed practices: contact Louise the Head Coach. DO NOT CONTACT a student demonstrator. Attendance will be taken at every practice, please have the girls arrive on time and do not remove them from practice early unless absolutely necessary and approved by the Directors or Coaches.  Conduct Children and Parents are required to sign and follow the RPW Code of Conduct. These guidelines will be enforced at all times. Absolutely NO BULLYING will be tolerated at any time.

6.  The Practice Uniform Sneakers, gray t-shirt, black shorts & white bow (bows will be handed out on 8/1). Practice Uniforms can be ordered directly through Reading Trophy Shop on Main St.  Hair should always be in a “High” pony tail with the appropriate bow…BOWS are mandatory  The RPW Cheering Uniform will be provided and should be worn with low white “no show” socks, Nfinity sneakers, PLAIN black Sweats or leggings or RPW Warm up suits only

7.  Keep open lines of communication with your team Mom, the Coaches and Directors.  Use our Website for calendar updates, game information, competition information and rain cancellations!  Share your ideas and suggestions to better our programs.  Report any concerning behavior or Bulling immediately.  Contact any Board Member with concerns or questions.

8.  Cheer Sneaker and "Lolly" Short fittings will be held on Monday August 6 th at the practice field.  Tumbling is NOT mandatory for RPW. If your child is interested in classes there are many options through East Celebrity Elite Cheer Gym, JAG Cheer Gym and Reading Gymnastics.  Other Cheer Camps and Clinics will be held over the summer months. You will be notified of these camps as we are.
