How To Break into the Guinness Book of World Records as the Oldest Human Being THE GOAL

Plan:  Acquire knowledge on avoiding dangerous situations  Live in a hygienic environment  Have basic needs (shelter, food, clean water, clothing)  Live in a first world/developed country OBJECTIVE 1: HAVE A PROPER LIVING ENVIRONMENT

Plan:  Acquire sustainable income to provide for a proper shelter for you and your family  Have money to afford surgeries/medications that will help you live a longer life  Have a good paying job and stable income after retirement  Get a good education to be able to find a good job OBJECTIVE 2: HAVE WEALTH

Plan: Have physical health  Maintain a healthy weight  Do not have any bad habits (i.e. smoking, drinking, drugs)  Eat healthy foods, maintain a balanced diet, increase antioxidants (i.e. eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water)  Stay active, exercise more  Do regular self examinations/check-ups OBJECTIVE 3: LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
