Launching MS Project Server When opening MS Project or Project server you will immediately be prompted to log in

Updating Tasks Project Web Access (PWA) Home Page New task notification Projects in which I have tasks Note: The “PWA” link is located in your site “project management” folder in Xythos Internal: External:

Updating Tasks Step #1—update % complete Step #2 save your changes *Tip: (project managers) you must have a task duration set to a minimum of 1 day when creating your project or your update will not save in PWA.

Approving or Declining Updates (Project Managers) Click “accept” or “reject” add your comments in this field

Approving or Declining Updates (Project Managers) From the “edit” screen Click “save” Click “publish” Note: when a project is open for editing, the file is “checked out” of project server so it is not available for others to edit.
