PROJECT TITLE : AUTOMATED EVALUATION OF RETAIL PRICE OF PRODUCTS IN THE TROLLEY SYSTEM AND WIRELESS TRANSMISSION OF THE BILLING SYSTEM

Abstract  Effective time management is a major concern in densely populated cities. In order to provide a better and attractive shopping experience to the customer and profit to the organization, we implement this trolley system. After shopping is over if we find the bill has exceeded our budget  We can drop out things that is unnecessary and confine it to our needs. So for such task the proposed project of smart shopper is more useful. This project is about" The automatic evaluation of retail price of the products”. Here a customer willing to purchase a product, will drop it into the trolley given to him, in which there is a pair of IR sensor setup.  The detects the entry and removal of each item. When the objects is put into the trolley the sensor senses it by incrementing the count, simultaneously the RFID reader reads the tag value and gives it to the microcontroller. Finally the total amount is wirelessly transferred to the personal computer at the bill counter. By this, the payment process is made convenient and queue is avoided..
