PROJECT DESCRIPTION Overall objective - Based on the “Polluters pay principle” to establish the system of plastic bottles recycling in the Republic of Srpska which will be useful for environment and for the citizens, as well Project time – by the end of this year adopt Regulation and accompanying documents and next year start to implement system completely Local Environmental Management in Urban Areas - Skopje 2011

STAKEHOLDERS AND RISKS Stakeholders: Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology, plastic bottles producers companies, Inter entity body for environment, big supermarkets, citizens... Refusing the system from the big companies which are plastic bottles producers - It will makes extra costs for them (they do not want to make their products more expensive, they are not happy to include these taxes in their costs) Lobby from big companies to politicians Local Environmental Management in Urban Areas - Skopje 2011
