Your Shape What shape are you? Look at the shapes on page one of your sheet. Rank the shapes in order of how much you like them Which of these do you like the best? Now read the outline for the shape you have chosen. Does this relate to your personality?

Exercise One Read the information presented for each of the shapes. Does the shape you have chosen match your personality better than the descriptions of the other shapes. If not, chose the shape you feel matches you best. Find other people of your shape and discuss the information about your shape. What do you agree with and what do you not agree with?

Exercise Two In your shape groups discuss how your shape communicates? –What pace and speed do you speak at? –What is the intonation of your speech like? –What sort of language do you use? –Do you approach or like to be approached? –What sort of nonverbal communications do you use? –How much do you listen? Do you use one way or two way listening? Group feedback
