Your Attitude Being a Supervisor Attitude is the way you look at things mentally. Individual has the power to look at his position in any way he wishes.

2 Ways to Look Your Attitude If you look at in a positive, lively manner you will communicate to your employees that you are ready to accept your new responsibility and they will enjoy working for you. +ve -ve If you are unsure or insecure they may interpret your attitude as negative and you may receive less cooperation.

Attitude & Productivity Nothing will improve relationships with those you supervise more than a consistently positive attitude. Your attitude sets the pace and the tone in your dept. If you are late arriving at your work, it will be reflected in the attitudes of your staff; If you discuss negative aspects of your organization with employees, your comments will eventually be reflected in their attitudes.
