NBDIP Project Description / Wayfinding  Reality: Merchants’ Lot has public parking for 92 autos  4 gateways to Ludlow Ave Business District  Merchants’ Lot is on Howell Ave & is not visible from Ludlow Ave  Small 12”x 20” wayfinding signs to the parking lot  Project Would Guide Visitors to Merchants’ Lot  12’ (foot) parking pylon on Howell Ave  Replace directional signs with larger 18”x30” signs Clifton Business District

NBDIP SUMMARY  Maintaining a vibrant business district is a challenge for a small community. With the help of this funding the Clifton Community  Hopes to increase foot traffic in the Ludlow Business District  As visitors leave their autos in the Merchants’ Lot  They will stroll down Ludlow Ave  Discovering unique boutiques, international cuisine, cultural arts  And an imaginative, colorful awning covered respite on Telford Avenue.  Thank – you for considering this minor grant Clifton Business District
