4 CNBDU NDBIP – Funding Sources Capital: City Funds Public Improvements and Public Right of Way Can be used in any neighborhood Must provide measurable public benefit CDBG: Federal Funds Projects must meet federal objective: Benefit predominantly low and moderate income areas and/or the elimination of blight Must provide measurable public benefit Northside
