Accomplishments Since Fall Refining Meeting 2006 Process Guide Completed and adopted by CRE and ISO TC67 SC6 API 610/ISO 13709, Centrifugal Pumps Submitted for DIS2 Ballot API 671/ISO 10441, Special Purpose Couplings passed FDIS Ballot and will be published as an identical adopt back in June API 619/ISO, Rotary Positive Displacement Compressors, FDIS Ballot launched April 12, 2007 API 682/ISO TF/WG working since November 2006 API 660/ISO 13706, Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers passed FDIS Ballot and will be published in July API 663, Multitube Hairpin Heat Exchangers, NWIP approved in November 2006 API 537/ISO 25457, Flare Details in DIS Ballot process API 560/ISO 13705, Fired Heaters to be published April 2007 API 530/ISO 13704, Calculation of Heater Tube thickness submitted for FDIS Ballot.

Issues API 618/ISO has disappeared into the void—unable to contact project leader for status API 674/ISO adoptback snagged by unavailability of API draft API 530/ISO is submitted for FDIS but Final Stress Curves not available until fall 2007—possibly leading to standards not being identical

Opportunities Convenor of ISO 10439, Centrifugal Compressors has retired—API might secure convenorship API 670, Machinery Protection Systems may activate this year—could be included in Iso-ization Program
