People Development DeptLeadership Fundamentals - Internal & Restricted CSC Training Dept Internal & Restricted Introduction Online Monitoring Tool हे Department of Information Technology (DIT) म्हणजेच माहिती तंत्रज्ञान विभागाने दिलेले software आहे. प्रत्येक VLE ला हे आपल्या computer वर register करणे अनिवार्य आहे. या Tool द्वारे DIT VLE center वर निगराणी ठेवतात व आपले center किती वेळ सुरु असते याचा आढावा घेतात.

People Development DeptLeadership Fundamentals - Internal & Restricted CSC Training Dept Internal & Restricted काही महत्वाच्या सुचना आपले center आठवड्यातील सुट्टीचे दिवस वगळता दररोज ८ तास सुरु असले पाहिजे. शक्य नसल्यास किमान ३ - ४ तास तरी आपले center सुरु असले पाहिजे. प्रत्येक VLE center वर internet connectivity असणे अनिवार्य आहे व आपला computer कमीत कमी २ - ३ तास तरी internet ला connect असला पाहिजे.

People Development DeptLeadership Fundamentals - Internal & Restricted CSC Training Dept Internal & Restricted काही महत्वाच्या सुचना (Contd…) सदर registration ची प्रक्रिया हे VLE चे training झाल्यावर लगेच करणे गरजेचे आहे अन्यथा VLE चा CSC ID व password block होऊ शकतो. OMT registration करताना काही problem आल्यास helpdesk ला संपर्क करावा. तसेच OMT registration चा ID व password तसेच MAC ID mismatch असा message आल्यास किंवा काही शंका असल्यास helpdesk ला संपर्क साधावा. VLE ने आपले id, contact no, postal address, Pan card etc. Spanco CSC portal वर Menu मध्ये my profile या option वर click करून संपूर्ण माहिती update करावी.
