2. Parent Portal
Parent Portal is the online program used by Moody ISD to connect parents to their student’s academic information and as a convenient way to keep student information updated. The program is also used for a portion of our registration process at the beginning of the new school year.
Parents may access Parent Portal through the links provided on our website Links are displayed on the main page of the website and also by clicking on Resources, Parents.

3. Creating a new account
Parents needing to register their returning student must create a Parent Portal Account if they do not already have one set up.

4. Create user name and password

5. Select and answer hint question for account recovery

6. Enter and verify code sent to email address
You should receive an message that contains a verification code consisting of upper and lower case letters and numbers. Be sure to check your Spam folder if you do not see the in your inbox.

7. Receive verification successful message and complete account setup.
Once you receive the “Verification successful” message click Complete. In order to add your student to the account, contact the your student’s campus and obtain your student’s Portal ID. You can also add your student on the “My Account” tab. (See next slide)

8. Your student must be added to your account, and your must be verified to access the registration forms available.

9. Click on the Summary tab. You should see a list of forms with an
Click on the Summary tab. You should see a list of forms with an ! beside them. This indicates that the form has not been reviewed and electronically signed. Click on the Registration link below your student’s name to access the forms.

10. Your student’s campus will have additional forms to be completed that are not available online. Each campus will also have a registration event that you can attend to complete your student’s registration for the new school year. Dates will be posted on our website:
