 Water flow sinks/baths/showers/urinals 9 litres – 26 litres Criteria 9 litres per minute  How do we achieve this?  Guest experience  Electricity React lighting – back of house, stores, public toilets, staff rooms, boiler house/plant rooms Equipment – green team to look at largest energy users in their areas

E.G. – Does the hot plate for breakfast need turned on at 6.30AM What time are kitchen appliances turned on at? Are bar fridges/ glass washers turned off at night Are function bar fridge's left on for days when no functions on?Could they be put on timers? Are vacant bedroom lights off that don’t have key card machines? Is all our external lighting looked at seasonally? Are they on timers? Air conditioning??

 Target the Green team to reduce group energy consumption  By December 2011 by  % in usage  If no price rises that equates to £200,000 savings
