Seminar: What's Your Learning Style?  In preparation for this week's seminar, take a look at your results for the LASSI assessment which you completed in Unit 3 and complete the Cornerstone reading assignment. In seminar, we will discuss learning styles, how you learn best, and how you can make your learning style "work" for you.  The authors of Cornerstone identify three different learning styles: Visual, Auditory, and Tactile. This video from Durham College in Canada explains the styles in a slightly different way (in the video, Tactile is referred to as Kinesthetic): view the video.

Question  Which learning style describes how you learn best? How do you think this style will help you in your career?

Question  Which is your least dominant learning style? How can you work to improve your learning through that style?

The Unit Scoop  During Unit 6, we discussed different learning styles and how to make them work for you.
