2 I 95 HOT Lanes Update VDOT conducted a Design Public Hearing on the 95 HOT Lanes including information about the environmental assessment and the Department of Rail and Public Transportations (DRPT) I-95 Transit and TDM Plan. The meetings were held along the I-95 corridor on September 26, 2011 in Prince William, September 28, 2011 at the Waterford in Springfield, VA and September 29, 2011 in Stafford, VA. Seventy Four comments were received through the info line; 91 by ; 11 letters, 31 comment sheets, and 13 gave testimony to the court reporters.
