What type of meal planning for older children and teenagers What type of meal planning for pregnant women

Task 1 – 2 – 3 What is snacking and why do people do this. Research three good snack foods and say why they are, then research three bad snack foods and say what grazing is. How has technology helped during meal planning and cooking? Find several pictures of good kitchen equipment and say what they do. What are special dietary needs? Look up at least two special diets and say what the issues are and what types of food they need.
