Community Engagement Planning What difference do we want to make? What will success look like? (indicators and evidence) What will we do? What do we have and what will we need to make this happen?

Local engagement plans Douglas – focus is on taking forward ownership of local land/ buildings with a view to developing community health and well-being projects and local social enterprise (local group formed and developing overall Project planning – need to identify specific added value from CWG legacy) Finmill – focus is on involving the people of Fintry to determine activities linked to the CWG that will involve participants in healthy activities (aim to engage local community at Fintry Gala in August, and engage Eastern European communities at multi- agency event in September) Kirkton – focus is on involving the people of Kirkton in determining sustainable approaches to inspiring and including participants in healthy activities to improve well-being (aim is to launch engagement activity at Kirkton festival in September, bring stakeholders together in October/November and facilitate a participatory planning process starting in January 2013)
