Joining the State & National FFA Alumni Association In order to charter a local FFA alumni affiliate with the state and National FFA Alumni you must; 1) submit a roster with a minimum of ten annual and/or lifetime members, 2) submit your state and National dues, and 3) submit a copy of your bylaws and your charter application.
