Leonardo da Vinci PARTNERSHIP DC-Key-Train The partnership was addressed to the employment support needs of unemployed persons. Key issues:  Develop VET tools for institutions for better Inclusion of persons with disabilities and other risk target groups  Support SMEs recruiting excluded groups  Expertises from the project partners  Develop appropriate training and support programmes

Leonardo da Vinci PARTNERSHIP DC-Key-Train Target group:  Unemployed people with disabilities and other exclusion factors (persons with disabilities, long-term unemloyed)  SMEs who might offer jobs and  Institutions that provide employment support (reha centres, employment offices, trainning centres…)

Leonardo da Vinci PARTNERSHIP DC-Key-Train Objectives of the partnership:  Prepare comparative survey of legislative and programmatic framework for vocational rehabilitation in each country  Develop the partnership to provide practical cooperation between the participating institutions  Develop the partners individual capacity to cooperate with SMEs in the integration of people with disabilities and other disadvantage groups  Take steps in each country to have their work on skills/competences recognized by accessible to SMEs

Leonardo da Vinci PARTNERSHIP DC-Key-Train Objectives of the partnership:  Develop innovative practices in the field of vocational rehabilitation and training for this vulnerable group by comparing, transferring and unifying the approaches and good practices of the countries  Develop a joint training programme and support programme for key players in SMEs and institutions which work with them in order to achieve successful integration of the target group  Evaluate the acquired skills and competences of the partners and evaluate the partnership objectives and results
