extension of the vocational counselling services offered by Public Employment Services through the implementation of in-depth assessment of the competences and professional predispositions of groups requiring special support (long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, people aged 50 +)

project is based on the experience of Swedish employment services providing diagnosis for many years and in various forms

6. First stage of the project
First stage of the project consist of:
Research of the needs of beneficiaries and users of the project,
Preparation of a preliminary version of the final product containing description of „Multidimensional model of support and identification of professional competence," with all its components and procedures,
Preparation of the strategy of implementation,
1st stage of the project (1st March – 31st October) is dedicated to create tests, tools and procedures that make up the above mentioned modules.

1st stage of the project (1st March – 31st October) is dedicated to create tests, tools and procedures that make up the above mentioned modules.

12. Model
Tests and tools created in the framework of the model will be used to perform in-depth diagnosis of clients of PES in order to:
assess competences
identify pain , physical problems and psychological issues
assess general ability to work
assess preferences and perform career guidance
increase motivation and build/increase self esteem
perform adjustment the work place to the special needs of the clients
Diagnosis will allow PES adress support more precisely to unemployed and therefore to stimulate them more efficiently. It will also help to find the most accurate job for the client and therefore minimalize the risk of loosing the job.

13. Model
1st stage of the innovative project ends with delivering preliminary version of the final product (Model) and strategy of the implementation which will be assessed by respective institution in Poland
Assessment of the strategy of implementation in planned to be done between 1st November and 31st December 2012
Start of the second stage (testing) depends on the assessment of the strategy.

14. Testing of the Model Testing period 1st January 2013 – 31st March 2015
Consists of testing solutions developed during the first stage of the project,
It is planned to diagnose 350 persons,
Testing will consist of performing various tasks and tests by the clients of PES,
Activities will be monitored by team of assessors - psychologist, vocational adviser and two occupational therapists,
They will be trained in the scope of procedures and standards of performing diagnosis,
Also in this stage evaluation will be performed in order to introduce amandments to the Model,
A final product will be developed and delivered in the form of brouchures describing all metholodogies, standards and procedures of the Model,
Dissemination activities will be carried out on every stage of the project,
After testing of the Model - validation of the product is necessary
After positive validation Model will be disseminated and mainstreamed in order to introduce it to the system of PES
