Many institutions implementing different measures which may or may not be coherent How stakeholders are cooperating? Prevention and early detection/intervention, to prevent long-term unemployment? Safety at work, preventive measures are needed.

For Ministry of labour, foundation, employment services: - cooperation of stakeholders - measures should be precisely defined and measurable - measures for retaining work places - measures to promote employment of PwD - shared information base for PwD - benefits and costs studies - to evaluate - institutions friendly to PwD - transfer of good practices from abroad - helping employers with measures before it is too late - analysis of quota system – evaluation for several years

12 Evaluations Evaluation of every service has to be done on the level of team at the beginning and at the end of service Final evaluation at the end of the rehabilitation process is necessary for assessment of employability of the person OUTCOMES: mainstreaming, supported employment, sheltered employment or not possible for employment – criteria under rules Questionnaires for persons with disabilities Questionnaires for Employment Service and Institute for Pension and Disability Insurance
