What is Cellulite? §Lumpy, unevenly distributed fatty tissue usually between waist and knees §Sometimes very apparent, but other times you can barely see it

Before and After (Cellasene)

Cellulite §Cellulite is not ordinary fatty tissue, it is tissue that has been damaged as a result of certain malfunctions in the body’s systems. §TRUE: A smooth layer of fat is found in everyone’s body to insulate and cushion organs, muscles, and nerves. §Cellulite is lumpy and provides no cushioning and is only found in certain areas of the body

Cellulite §Women store fat in honey comb compartments in the layers of the skin. Fat deposits in these compartments cause them to expand and bulge.

Cellulite §Many doctors claim that these unsightly bumps and bulges are caused by a combination of factors l bad diet l sedentary lifestyle l sluggish blood l lymphatic circulation

Cellulite §Blood is literally the life-force of the body. §Maintaining a plentiful blood supply to the fatty tissues is crucial in the prevention of cellulite l When circulation is sluggish and elimination is poor, toxins in the blood stream become lodged in fat cells, creating dimply skin that resembles an orange peel.

CELLASENE §A breakthrough internal treatment that helps fight cellulite from within

Cellasene Ingredients §The ingredients will increase the metabolic rate, so that fat can be used at a faster rate, toxins can be eliminated, and blood circulation can be improved. (Basically your body uses the trapped fat as a source of energy)

Cellasene Ingredients §Capsules contain a potent blend of extracts that are known for their natural action against cellulite and fatty deposits. l Dried Ginkgo Biloba l Dried sweet clover extract l Grape seed bioflavanoids l Dried Fucus Vesiculosus extracts l Evening Primrose l Fish Oil l Soya Lecithin

Ginkgo Biloba §Assists in blood circulation and stimulates the metabolism of fats

Dried Sweet Clover §Increases blod circulation and assists in removing fluid build-up

Grape Seed Bioflavanoids §Powerful antioxidant that protects cells and blood vessels from becoming damaged

Dried Fucus Vesiculosus §Stimulates metabolism and can help reduce localized fats

Evening Primrose and Fish Oil §Rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, a source of energy that increases metabolic levels and helps in diminishing saturated fatty acids

Soya Lecithin §Breaks down fats

Cellasene Program §Take two capsules daily, one in the morning and one with your evening meal. §Results should show within 6-8 weeks. §VERY EXPENSIVE between $32 and $50

Cellasene is a herbal Supplement §Herbal supplements only “work” in select people. Like prescription drugs they affect people differently, with herbal supplements, it is more psychological. Obviously, being over-the-counter, they are less potent §FDA does not regulate herbal supplements. Where most drugs have to be tested through many trials, herbal supplements have to work on one subject.

Better Methods of Cellulite Reduction §REDUCE SALT INTAKE l Sodium in salt contributes to your body’s water retention. A reduction in sodium does not just apply to the salt that you add to your food, but also to products that are high in sodium such as many fats and processed foods.

Better Methods of Cellulite Reduction §DRINK LOTS OF WATER l 6-8 glasses of water will prevent sluggish circulation and and will flush out the body, helping it eliminate wastes

Better Methods of Cellulite Reduction §FOLLOW DETOXIFYING DIET l certain foods will help keep your toxin intake down and help your body eliminate the toxins already under your skin. l Lots of fruits, veggies, and whole grain l (no caffeine, carbonation or alcohol) l low fat and high fiber foods are easier for the body to break down

Better Methods of Cellulite Reduction §STOP SMOKING l Smoking hampers blood circulation and prevents good flow and supply to cellulite cells

Better Methods of Cellulite Reduction §SKIN BRUSHING l Increases circulation and helps eliminates wastes l use oils and brush from feet upward using a natural brush

Better Methods of Cellulite Reduction §EXERCISE l not essential to everyday life, but increases metabolism and burns unwanted fat deposits

Better Methods of Cellulite Reduction §MASSAGE l helps to stimulate lymphatic and circulatory systems

Conclusion §Don’t be sucked in by the glamor. There are many herbal supplements that are entering the market everyday. Consumers go crazy because they want to try anything that will work, but in all actuality, a steady program and watching your “bad health habits” can solve all of your problems.
