2 What does a Learning Advisor do? ›Designs and delivers customised learning solutions that support the strategic goals of the University. ›Works with managers to identify and meet the learning needs of individuals and groups. ›Supports the University by managing organisation wide strategic development projects. ›Supports managers in the implementation of change processes.
